Site Safety and Health Officer for Military Projects - Hawaii

Local Construction Company is looking for a motivated and hard-working SSHO.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a SSHO on military projects preferred but not required.
Documented safety training as competent person.
EM385-1-1, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid (Employer will provide additional training if necessary).
Must currently possess the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) Certification.

Individual must have a strong commitment to Safety and Quality.

Competitive Salary Dependent on Experience.

Preference will be given to individuals with experience in individual or multiple trades.

Some of the required skills are:

Good Communication Skills.
Management Skills.
Problem Solving.
Self-motivation.
Familiar with computer (MS Office, Outlook, adobe).
